A Princeton man was charged with criminal sexual contact and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Friday.
Officials said Ricardo Jack, 40, of 7 Leigh Ave., was apprehended after a 15-year-old girl came forward and told police Mr. Jack had committed a sexual act on her.
Police said the victim reported that Mr. Jack and a total of four juveniles had been meeting in a wooded area near Bayard Lane various times throughout July, where Mr. Jack gave them marijuana and alcohol.
During one occasion, Mr. Jack made sexual contact with the girl, according to police.
On Friday, Aug. 17, he was apprehended by the New York and New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and turned over to the Princeton Borough Police Department.
Mr. Jack was being held in lieu of bail of $150,000.
He was scheduled to arraigned on Monday in Borough Municipal Court.
