West Windsor
William J. Lenhardt, 23, of Hamilton, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 50 feet of a park and possession of marijuana under 50 grams, Jillian M. Barby, 24, of Robbinsville, was charged with having an active warrant out of Robbinsville, and Anthony J. Immordino III, 20, of Hamilton, was charged with hindering apprehension/destruction of evidence at Mercer County Park on Aug. 4 at 12:28 a.m. Mr. Immordino also received summonses for maintenance of lamps, speeding and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Andron W.L. Smith, 28, of Baltimore, Md., was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 near Quakerbridge Mall on Aug. 11 at 12:34 a.m. He also received summonses for driving while intoxicated refusal, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, speeding and failure to keep right.
Robert Montenegro, 35, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 on Aug. 16 at 12:15 a.m. He also received a summons for careless driving.
A resident of New Long, Wisc., reported $1,850 worth of items were stolen from his trailer sometime between 9 p.m. on Aug. 14 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 16 while it was parked at the Extended Stay parking lot on Route 1. Police said the trailer sustained $220 worth of damage.
A Windsor Woods resident reported the passenger side window of her car had been smashed sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 15 and 5:50 a.m. on Aug. 16 while it was parked in the parking lot. Police said the window was valued at $300 and that nothing was taken from the car.
Eric D. Morrow, 46, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting on Aug. 8 at 5:11 p.m. after allegedly attempting to steal a television valued at $298 from the Walmart in the Nassau Park Retail Center.
A resident of Suffolk Lane reported that more than $7,000 worth of jewelry and electronics were stolen from the house sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Aug. 10.
A resident of Hillside reported that more than $4,000 worth of merchandise from Best Buy was fraudulently bought on his Best Buy credit card sometime between July 16 and July 17.
A resident of Edison reported that a laptop and backpack were stolen from his car sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 5:10 a.m. on Aug. 11 on Millstone Road. The items were valued at approximately $1,200.
Montgomery
James Barber, 19, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 206 near Benjamin Boulevard at 12:55 a.m. on Aug. 19. The driver of the car received a summons for speeding.
Plainsboro
A man, 24, of Plainsboro, was charged with stealing a 2012 Toyota Corolla on Aug. 16 at 9:21 p.m. after he allegedly violated his rental car agreement with Hertz Vehicles LLC. He was later released after posting 10 percent of his $5,000 bail.
Ben E. Chavez, 49, of Phoenix, Ariz., was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 on Aug. 18 at 12:56 a.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving, speeding, improper turn, failure to keep right and failure to maintain a lane.
A resident of Connecticut reported two suitcases, a small wooden guitar and a beach folding chair were stolen from a U-Haul truck in the parking lot of the Courtyard Marriott on Route 1 sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 17. The estimated value of stolen property is approximately $200.
