The Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation presents the third of a three-festival series of crowd-pleasing jazz and blues musicians, along with food, crafters and activities for the entire family.
The Long Branch Jazz & Blues Festival will take place Aug. 25 from 1 to 9:30 p.m. on the Great Lawn at the Boardwalk in Long Branch. Rob Paparozzi will headline the show. The Long Branch lineup is as follows: 1-1:30 p.m., Gary Cavico (finger-pickin’ blues); 1:45-2:45 p.m., Andy Rothstein and Friends (jazz flavorings); 3-4 p.m., Nine Below Zero (high-energy dynamic blues); 4:15-5:15 p.m., Gina Fox (sultry jazz and intimate blues); 5:30-6:30 p.m., Golden Seal (upbeat rock and more); 6:45-7:45 p.m., Solitude Jazz Trio (jazz over soul); and 8-9:30 p.m., Rob Paparozzi and the Hudson River Rats (blues).
The evening will end with fireworks from 9:30- 9:45 p.m.
