Har Sinai Reschool Registration Begins

FALL PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION OPEN AT HAR SINAI
HOPEWELL – The Early Childhood Center at Har Sinai Temple is enrolling students for its fall preschool semester, including a newly formed morning class for 2 1/2 to 3 year olds.
          The new class for tots will be held Monday and Wednesday mornings between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Arts and crafts, music, story time, a snack and teachers who combine knowledge and caring are part of the package for all enrolled.
          Preschool for 3 and 4 year olds begins Sept. 10 and runs Monday through Fridays with classes available between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lunch is optional in the program featuring the hands-on approach that distinguishes Har Sinai’s Early Childhood Center. The curriculum is a combination of play and academics-based activities.
          The fall session of "I’ve Got Rhythm" begins Oct. 3 and runs through Dec. 12 with 10 classes for a cost of $130. Children ages 6 to 14 months who are joined by a parent or adult participate in musical activities during the class which is designed to let them explore their physical space and get a sense of rhythm. The classes are held Wednesdays from 11:15 a.m. to noon.
          Classes for Toddler Time Together begin their fall semester Sept. 13 and run thorough Dec. 13. Designed for children 15 to 24 months old who are accompanied by a parent, the sessions blend playtime, gym, art, music and a snack for hands-on activities. The 13 fall sessions cost $210.
          All classes are held on the temple’s quiet suburban property conveniently located at 2421 Pennington Rd. Classes are open to all children, regardless of religious affiliation.
