New Hope Lambertville Aids Walk
WALK! With your heart and soles! Help FACT Bucks County raise much needed funds to support those who continue to struggle with HIV/AIDS in Bucks, Hunterdon and, Mercer Counties and to raise awareness among our youth that after decades, this devastating disease is still making its mark on our friends and neighbors.
Get your registration/pledge form today and start to raise money for the Walk by visiting www.factbuckscounty.org or call 215-862-3325.
All the proceeds raised from the Walk stay locally and help individuals who are living with HIV/AIDS. Each and every dollar will provide essential funding for people who have nowhere else to turn for help in paying for medications, utility bills, rent or mortgage payments, transportation, funeral expenses, and other basic personal needs. The money that is raised is vital to help those affected by HIV/AIDS to maintain their quality of life and to educate and promote awareness of this disease that is still spreading to people in our area. Each year more than 500 community members of all ages come together to walk for this worthy cause. Over the past 12 years more than $500,000 has been raised and has helped many people and families during the worst times of their lives.
Bring your completed registration form and money bright and early on Sunday September 23rd at 9 a.m. to the New Hope-Solebury High School on West Bridge Street in New Hope to begin
the walk. Then enjoy a scenic route that takes you along the canal towpath in Lambertville, New Jersey, over the Stockton Bridge and right onto the Pennsylvania towpath that will lead you back to the high school.
