Mr. Aquino, 56, of Howell, formerly of Orange, died, Aug. 4, 2012, at New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center, New York City, after a courageous battle with mesothelioma. He was employed as a water treatment plant operator for the East Orange Water Commission for more than 35 years. Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Teresa Ritota Aquino; two sons, Christopher Aquino and his wife, Brittany, and Mark Aquino; and a sister, Rose Aquino of Livingston. A memorial service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
