Do you have a summer photograph you would like to see published in Greater Media Newspapers or at GMNews.com?
Now you can tell your story through Greater Media StringFly, our citizen journalism photo program. Go to www.GMNews.com/StringFly and find out.
Greater Media StringFly gives people of all ages and from all communities the opportunity to take photos of events that occur in their hometown and throughout the region and to submit them to Greater Media Newspapers for possible publication in a print edition or online.
This week, residents of all communities are asked to submit a photo that shows people having fun in the summertime.
Consider submitting photos of your family barbecue, playing at the beach, catching fish or crabs, building a sandcastle, or frolicking in the pool. Just about any topic is acceptable. Your photos with your name may appear in a Greater Media publication or on the web. It’s easy, it’s fun, and there’s no purchase requirement.
Greater Media Newspapers will also use Greater Media StringFly to cultivate citizen journalists to submit photos of assignments requested by our editors.
Greater Media StringFly has free apps currently available for iPhone and Android devices.
Go to the Internet website at GMNews.com/StringFly to get more details and to register. To become a participating photographer, download the StringFly app for iPhone or Android devices.
