Fitness program at Lunch Break teaches steps to wellness

RED BANK — Community members are invited to learn the “3 Essential Steps To Wellness” at Lunch Break, 121 Drs James Parker Boulevard, on Sept. 15 at 10:45 a.m. The free, interactive breakfast seminar presented by Gaia Fit, a local fitness and nutrition cooperative, will provide realistic and cost-effective ways for participants to improve their health. Important information and practical tips about physical fitness, nutrition, and stress management will be shared, according to a press release.

There is no fee for this seminar. In lieu of a fee, attendees are asked to donate at least two nonperishable food items to Lunch Break, a soup kitchen and food pantry. Donations are accepted by Lunch Break at any time during regular business hours.
