   American Red Cross-Bordentown Elks Blood Drive will be held from 2 to 7 p.m at the Bordentown Elks (lower ballroom), 11 Amboy Road, Bordentown Township.    Mass and Healing Service, 7 p.m.St. Mary Church, Bordentown. Father John Campoli of His Love Ministries will offer a Mass for Healing for anyone who is sick. During the Mass, a collection will be taken for Father John and his ministry. Following the Mass will be individual prayer and Laying on of Hands for the sick. Father John is an internationally known speaker and ministers in the Gift of Healing. After the Laying on of Hands, a reception for Father John will take place in the cafeteria.    Cranberry Festival: The annual Bordentown City event is returning this October. Many local businesses and organizations are participating, including Christ Church, Bordentown City, which will have a table at the Cranberry Festival with baked goods, fudge and homemade jams.

   The Friends of St. Mary’s School will hold a Flea Market on from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in St. Mary’s School Hall and Yard, 30 Elizabeth St., Bordentown City. Refreshments will include tuna salad or egg salad sandwiches and hot dogs. A large selection of articles will be on sale. Inside tables are $10 each; outside space is $5 each.    The Friends of St. Mary’s School, in order to raise money for the school, is planning a bus trip to Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, Pa., on to see the show “King Henry & The Showmen: King Henry’s Anniversary Comedy Special.” Each of the members sings and plays many different instruments, as well as having comedy routines. A sit-down family style hot meal is included. There will also be a stop at the World’s largest General Store. Price is $85 per person.    Bordentown City Farmers Market will be held at 4 p.m. until dusk through Sept. 26 at the Carslake Community Center, 207 Crosswicks St., Bordentown City.
   The Bordentown Township Senior is sponsor a trip to Bally’s Casino every third Tuesday of the month. The cost is $25 and the return is $20.    Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 has bingo every Tuesday night at 7:15 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. There is a progressive jackpot, and food is available for purchase. The lodge has sandwich night every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Price is $6 per person. Lodge 2085 hosts a breakfast the third Sunday of every month from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Special Children’s Committee.
   St. Mary’s Senior Citizens Club meets the second Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Parish Center, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown City.

   The Dorothea Dix Unitarian Universalist congregation of Bordentown City offers classes for children every Sunday at 10 a.m., 39 Park St. The teachers lead the children in a range of activities exploring the ethical and spiritual tenets of the Unitarian Universalist beliefs.    St. Mary School, 30 Elizabeth St., Bordentown City, has established a fund-raiser Market Day where roasts, snacks, breakfasts, lunch and meals for families can be ordered.    Beginning September 2012, St. Mary’s School will offer a program for 3- year-olds twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The full day program, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., costs $245 per month; the half day program, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. costs $195 per month. Registration fee is $50.
