Kessler Rehabilitation Center to Open Second Outpatient Facility in Elizabeth

By Irene Maslowski
Kessler Rehabilitation Center, one of the state’s leading providers of comprehensive physical therapy services, will open a new state-of-the-art outpatient center at 268 Morris Avenue in Elizabeth on September 24.  This is Kessler’s second center in the city and will offer a wide range of specialized services for individuals with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports and work-related injuries, balance disorders, and arthritis.
“We are excited to bring our programs and services to a second Elizabeth neighborhood to best meet the needs of this large community,” said Rich Romano, Director of Business Development. “This new facility, along with our existing center at 59-61 Elmora Avenue, will make it more convenient for residents to access physical therapy.”
Both centers offer a highly experienced team of therapists and other rehabilitation specialists.  According to Regional Director Gwen Fulco, PT, “We are looking forward to providing the exceptional care and services that patients have come to expect from Kessler, and working closely with the community and our referring physicians to ensure the health and well-being of the area’s residents.”
This new Elizabeth center joins a network of more than 80 Kessler Rehabilitation Center locations throughout the state and at Kessler Institute’s three hospital campuses in West Orange, Chester and Saddle Brook.
Kessler Rehabilitation Center accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare, and offers flexible scheduling, including early morning and evening appointments. For more information call 866.33.REHAB or visit www.kessler-pt.com.
