A Baird Drive resident reported to police on Sept. 12 that sometime in the previous three days someone entered a gray Ford parked in the driveway and removed $100 worth of electronics.
On Sept. 12 NJ American Water told police a water flow monitor worth $3,500 was stolen from a fire hydrant on Gulick Court.
Police charged Thomas Bonfiglio, 19, of Hillsborough with obstruction of justice after he allegedly took evasive action to avoid being stopped by an officer for a traffic violation on New Amwell Road on Sept. 11. Mr. Bonfiglio was released after also being charged with speeding, failing to signal a turn, failure to stop, reckless driving, driving without headlamps and using unapproved equipment.
Kristy Frank, 23, of Hillsborough was charged with drunken driving after being involved in a one-car accident on Hamilton Road on Sept. 9. She was released after also being charged with careless driving.
Eleazar Chan-Sanchez, 39, of Hillsborough was charged with drunken driving after being involved in a one-car accident on New Centre Road on Sept. 2. He was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failing to report an accident, being an unlicensed driver, failing to maintain a lane, and failing to observe a traffic control device.
John Scherer, 53, of Hillsborough was charged with drunken driving on Aug. 29 after police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver at the Route 206 Quick Chek store. He was released after processing.
Magdaleno Caballero, 58, of Hillsborough was charged with failure to stop and reckless driving after being involved in a one-car accident on Dukes Parkway East on Aug. 26. Police said the results of blood analysis is pending.
Police said that a Kimberly Road resident reported on Aug. 25 that someone tried to steal a black Mitsubishi while it was parked in the driveway overnight.
John McGahren, 51, of Hillsborough was charged with drunken driving on Aug. 24 after he was found asleep behind the wheel of a car on Montgomery Road. He was released after processing.
Brian Teeling, 24, of Hampton, and Brian Fiorello, 24, of Annandale were charged with receiving stolen property after police stopped their car on Camplain Road on Aug. 20. Police said they were in possession of restaurant equipment allegedly stolen from Hunterdon County. They were released after processing.
Albert Figalora, 37, of Hillsborough was charged with drunken driving following a Route 206 traffic stop on Aug. 19. He was also charged with speeding and refusing to submit to a breath test.
