POLICE BLOTTER: Week of Sept. 27

New Hope 
   July 23 at 2 a.m., Luis Cisneros, 27, of Flemington, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly removed four bottles of beer, valued at $20, from the bar at a South Main Street establishment.
   July 28 at 3 p.m., the manager of a South Main Street bar reported that, moments earlier, two people stole two beer kegs from the rear of the establishment.
   Police have a description of the two and their vehicle and are continuing their investigation.
   July 28 at 11:05 p.m., the manager of a West Bridge Street establishment reported that, at some time earlier in the evening, someone had spray painted graffiti on the side of the building.
   July 29 at 10:40 p.m., Debra Beaumont, 50, of Ewing, was charged with public drunkenness after she allegedly was observed stumbling on the street, then falling to the ground on West Mechanic Street.
   July 31 at 7:51 p.m. the owner of a South Main Street bar reported a subject had fled the establishment without paying his bill of $41.61.
   Aug. 4 at 10:20 p.m., Jeffrey Boston, 47, of Sellersville, Pennsylvania, was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he created a disturbance at a West Bridge Street establishment.
   Mr. Boston was arraigned before Judge Maggie Snow and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
   Aug. 5 at 1:53 a.m., Jonathan Tello, 22, of Hopewell, was charged with drunken driving after he was observed allegedly operating his vehicle in an unlawful manner on South Main Street.
   Aug. 11 at 2:19 a.m., Donna Dobre, 50, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, was charged with drunken driving after she was observed operating her vehicle in an unlawful manner on South Main Street.
   Aug. 11 at 11:58 p.m., John Reed Jr., 30, of Paulsboro, New Jersey, was charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and resisting arrest after he created a disturbance at a South Main Street establishment.
   Mr. Reed was arraigned before Judge Donald Nasshorn and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
   Aug. 12, Brian Montgomery, 49, of New Hope, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct, as a result of an incident that occurred on South Main Street on Aug. 8.
