FLORENCE — The Zoning Board decided on Monday to postpone its ongoing hearing on an application to build a 26.3-megawatt solar complex on Bustleton Road farmland until Oct. 30.
At the Sept. 24 Zoning Board meeting, an attorney of the applicant, Florence PV LLC, requested that more board members be present to hear its final testimonies prior to voting, according to Nancy Erlston, Florence’s land use clerk, on Sept. 25.
Residents brought forth a team of expert witnesses to testify in opposition to the solar project on Aug. 27. They have also hired an attorney.
”We are up to about 70 households now,” said Burlington Township resident David Van Camp, as previously reported.
