Pike Run Sign Restriction Over

By Brian M. Cige, Esq.
The case of Halimi v. Pike Run, (Docket No.:SOM-L-900-11), which challenged as unconstitutional the total ban on the use of signs, including real estate and political, has been favorably settled. While the financial terms are confidential what is not confidential is that Pike Run will not be enforcing its current sign restriction, will be revising its sign restriction consistent with the Supreme Court of NJ case Mazdabrook Commons Homeowners’ Association vs. Khan, 192 N.J. 244, (2012), and will be promptly implementing revised less restrictive rules consistent with this case and the Township of Montgomery ordinances.
