Police said at 2:43 a.m. Sept. 23, an officer observed a 1998 Ford traveling south on Route 130 at 62 mph in a 45-mph zone.
The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Julissa Bello, 34, of New Brunswick, was observed to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage and bloodshot, watery eyes, according to police. She was given field sobriety tests and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding and maintenance of lamps.
She was later released pending court action.
The complainant reported that he had found his 2010 Infinity missing its tires and wheels and sitting upon cinder blocks parked in his parking lot on Nettleton Drive between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 25 and 10 a.m. Sept. 26, police said.
The total value of the stolen property was estimated at approximately $4,000.
Police said at 7:45 p.m. Sept. 27, an officer observed a 1997 Toyota traveling east on Twin Rivers Drive with a headlight out.
The vehicle was stopped on Twin Rivers Drive and the officer smelled the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle, police said.
The driver, Jowaad Anwar, 24, of Avon Drive, admitted to having recently smoked marijuana and showed signs of being under the influence of the drug, police said.
He was later released pending court action.
Mr. Anwar was charged with driving while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, refusal to submit to breath test, careless driving, reckless driving, maintenance of lamps and uninsured motor vehicle.
Officers responded to Davison Road for a report of a single vehicle accident in which a vehicle had struck a fence at 2:06 a.m. Sept 29.
Police said the driver, Emily Piscarello, 31, of Chesterfield, was found to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage and was given field sobriety tests.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane and later released pending court action.
Police said a complainant reported that his 1995 Toyota Camry was stolen from the parking lot of Windsor Regency between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 28. The complainant valued the vehicle at approximately $4000 and the incident is under investigation.
Hightstown
At 9 a.m. Sept. 20 at Hightstown Borough Police Department, Freddy Saquicela, 26, of Twin Rivers Drive, turned himself in at police headquarters on two warrants issued by the Hightstown Borough Municipal Court, police said. Mr. Saquicela had two warrants issued for his arrest both in the amount of $250.
Mr. Saquicela posted bail and was released upon such with pending court action.
On Sept. 26 at 11:51 p.m. on North Main Street, officers charged Jamie Moy, 32, of Cranbury, with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lamps.
Police said Ms. Moy was stopped for operating a motor vehicle without the license plate being properly illuminated.
Upon being stopped the officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage and was given field sobriety test, which she failed, police said. Ms. Moy was taken into custody and submitted breath samples that resulted in a reading of 0.11 percent BAC.
Ms. Moy was later released to the custody of a friend with pending court action.
An unknown person or persons wrote on the rear bumper of a vehicle parked in the upper lot of the Stockton Street Lot between 4:30 p.m. Sept. 26 and 8:45 a.m. Oct. 1, police said. Someone utilized a black magic marker and wrote across the rear bumper of the vehicle, resulting in an unknown amount of loss.

At 1:22 a.m. Oct. 2 on Route 130, officers charged Belisario Mizhirumbay, 25, of Lincoln Avenue, with contempt of court, speeding, and operating a taxi without a license. Police said that while on patrol officers observed the subject operating a taxi without being licensed and observed the subject traveling 43-mph in a 25-mph speed zone on Dutchneck Road.
Upon stopping the subject and performing a credential check, police said that Mr. Mizhirumbay was found to have a warrant issued by Robbinsville Township Municipal Court for $131 and a warrant issued by East Windsor Township Municipal Court for $250.
Mr. Mizhirumbay was later released upon posting bail with pending court action.
