An argument between two subjects resulted in the subsequent arrest of Jose Wilfredo Delcid-Benitez, 35, of West Amwell, by Patrolman Anthony Goccia. He allegedly threw an object at the victim’s vehicle and made terroristic threats toward him and left the scene prior to police arrival. He was stopped and arrested by Lambertville police for allegedly driving while intoxicated,. He was then charged by West Amwell Township police with making terroristic threats and criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail on $15,000 (10 percent)) bail.
   — On Oct. 6 at 11:30 a.m., police investigated a minor accident in the parking lot of Quick Chek on Route 31.
