All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Oct. 11 — Beef-vegetable soup, glazed turkey with gravy, cornbread stuffing, California vegetables, citrus sections, croissant and angel food cake. Puzzle Day.
Oct. 12 — Pineapple juice, barbecued rib tickler, scalloped potatoes, broccoli florets, applesauce, Italian bread and marble pound cake. Cards.
Oct. 13 — Cranapple juice, chicken salad, wheat bread, pickled beets, fresh fruit, oatmeal cookies and milk.
Oct. 14 — Orange juice, meatloaf, rye bread, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, brownie with icing and milk.
Oct. 15 — Grape juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, corn with bell peppers, three-bean salad, dinner roll and apricots. Walk to the Beat Day.
Oct. 16 — Vegetable-rice soup, chicken francoise, sweet potatoes and apples, green beans, creamy cucumber salad, raisin bread and gala apple. Bingo.
Oct. 17 — Cranapple juice, beef stew with peas, carrots, onions and diced potatoes, fruit salad mix, pumpernickel bread and cheesecake. Raffle.
Oct. 18 — Apple juice, pot roast with gravy, sweet and sour cabbage, roasted red potatoes, cinnamon applesauce, dinner roll and apple turnover. Activity Day.
