   Richard Martin, 48, of Lindenwold, and Ivan Naranjo, 26, of San Bernardino, California, were charged with possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and other offenses after a motor vehicle stop at 11:13 a.m., Oct. 14, police said.
   Patrolman William Swanhart saw a driver using a cell phone without a hands-free device on Interstate 195 and pulled it over after the vehicle exited onto Route 130 North. The officer detected evidence of narcotics in the vehicle and a subsequent search revealed a large quantity of marijuana, police said.
   The driver, Mr. Naranjo, was additionally charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, having a controlled dangerous substance in motor vehicle, talking on a cell phone while driving, and failure to keep right, police said.
   Mr. Martin was additionally charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of prescription pills, and obstruction of justice for initially giving the officer a false name, police said.


   Christoph Burton, 24, of North Brunswick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and other offenses at 2:20 a.m., Oct. 13, after being stopped on Route 130 for driving with only three tires, police said.
   Patrolman Wayne Haugh saw a vehicle traveling on Route 130 well below the posted speed limit with no tire on the passenger side rim, police said. Mr. Burton failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest, police said.
   Mr. Burton was additionally charged with careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and operating an unsafe vehicle, police said.


   Robert Williamson, 26, of Trenton, was charged with DWI and other offenses after a traffic stop at 11:30 p.m., Oct. 11, police said.
   Patrolman Colin Lockwood saw a vehicle failing to maintain its lane while traveling south on Route 130. The officer stopped the vehicle and detected evidence the driver was intoxicated. Mr. Williamson failed field sobriety tests and a subsequent search uncovered a small quantity of marijuana, police said.
   Mr. Williamson was additionally charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, driving while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, driving while suspended, having CDS in a motor vehicle, careless driving, reckless driving, and failing to maintain lane, police said.


   Jason Chapman, 18, of Piscataway, was charged with DWI and other offenses at 1:58 a.m. Oct. 14, police said.
   Patrolman Adrian Markowski saw a vehicle traveling with a “view obstruction” and pulled it over near Robbinsville-Edinburg Road and Union Street, police said. The officer detected evidence Mr. Chapman was intoxicated and that there may be narcotics inside the vehicle, police said. Mr. Chapman failed field sobriety tests and a subsequent search revealed a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
   Mr. Chapman was additionally charged with underage DWI, reckless driving, CDS in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.


   Jason Block, 42, of Roosevelt, was charged with possession of marijuana and other offenses after a traffic stop at 10:04 a.m. on Oct. 11, police said.
   Patrolman Chris Clifton did a random license plate check in the state Motor Vehicle Commission computer system of a vehicle traveling on Route 33 and determined it was unregistered, police said. During the traffic stop, the officer detected evidence that narcotics might be present and a subsequent search uncovered a small amount of marijuana, police said.
   Mr. Block was additionally charged with CDS in a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered vehicle, police said.


   Nicholas Hess, 18, of Bayville, was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and other offenses after a traffic stop at 3 p.m., Oct. 9, police said.
   Patrolman William Swanhart saw a vehicle traveling on Route 33 with tinted windows and a rejected inspection sticker so he pulled it over on Route 33 near Robbinsville-Edinburg Road, police said. The officer detected evidence narcotics might be present and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of synthetic marijuana, regular marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an open container of alcohol, police said.
   Mr. Hess was additionally charged with careless driving, failure to make repairs, having tinted windows, provisional license violations, and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
   Three juveniles in the vehicle, who were also from Bayville, were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Their names were not released because they are minors.
