KBEE’s Driving School would like to remind the parents and teenagers that this week is National Teen Driver Safety Week. Local and state safety advocates, police departments, and transportation officials are promoting National Teen Driver Safety Week, which runs from Oct. 14 to Oct. 20, which focuses on parental involvement in driver’s education, junior operator programs, increasing SEAT BELT use, NO CELL PHONE OR TEXTING, limiting distractions, and reducing teen access to alcohol.
Parents and Teens can refer to, and participate in, events throughout the National Teen Driver Safety Week. More informaiton is avaialble here: http://www.nhtsa.gov/Teen-Drivers.
Or, email/call KBEE’S Driving School in Ringoes at [email protected] / 908-799-8523 to request very helpful information, including online information, VIDEOS, etc. that you can share and review with your teenager.
Education and training is crucial to improving young driver competencies. Our aim with KBEE’s Driving School for National Teen Driver Safety Week, is to leave a lasting impression on teens who may not understand the risks associated with driving. Inexperience is the leading cause of crashes in young drivers, and there are many programs available to Parents and Teens that can deliver the skill sets that can make them safer drivers.
