POLICE BLOTTER: Week of Oct. 26

East Windsor
   A complainant reported that her disabled vehicle had been stolen from the parking lot of Kensington Arms on the night of Oct. 17. The vehicle was described as a green 1995 Mercury Sable and was valued at $1,500, police said. The incident remains under investigation.
   Police said between Oct. 18 and Oct. 20 a complainant reported that a lap top computer had been stolen from his residence in Princeton Arms. The Acer computer was valued at approximately $250. The incident is under investigation.
   An officer observed a suspicious occupied vehicle near building 137 The Orchard at 10:53 p.m. Oct. 21, police said. Upon approaching the vehicle the officer detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle.
   Police said Carlos Eduardo Ordonez-Vasquez, 21, of The Orchard, was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe and a plastic bag containing marijuana.
   He was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   At 11:48 p.m. Oct. 19 police said an officer observed a red Honda with unclear plates travelling on Route 130 near Dutchneck Road. Upon stopping the vehicle the officer observed loose marijuana on the passenger’s lap.
   Police said that subsequent investigation revealed the passenger, James Bendel, 25, of Hamilton, was in possession of a marijuana cigarette. He was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released pending court action.
   Officers responded to the area of building 107 at The Orchard on a report of an intoxicated man 4:38 p.m. Oct. 22.
   According to police, upon arrival the officer observed Jesus Martinez-Garcia, 34, of The Orchard, yelling at the caller. The officer ordered Mr. Martinez-Garcia to stop yelling at which point he attempted to grab the caller.
   After being advised Mr. Martinez-Garcia was under arrest the suspect ran from the officer, but was apprehended, police said, adding that during his arrest the suspect pushed and attempted to grab the arresting officer.
   Mr. Martinez-Garcia was charged with resisting arrest disorderly conduct and alcohol consumption in public. He was later released pending court action.
   Police said a complainant reported that he left his bicycle unsecured in front of his residence on Glenwood Circle between Oct. 17 and Oct. 20. Upon checking for the bicycle several days later he noticed that it was missing. The bicycle, a red Columbia 21 speed mountain bike, was valued at $150.
Hightstown
   At 3 a.m. Oct. 21 on Westerlea Avenue, officers arrested William Gualan, 28, of Brooklyn, and charged him with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, and unlicensed driving, police said.
   Mr. Gualan was stopped for suspicious activity in the area and while speaking with the subject, the officer detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, police said, adding that he was given field sobriety tests, which he failed, and was subsequently charged with DWI.
   Polices said Mr. Gualan was transported to police headquarters where he submitted breath samples that resulted in a reading of 0.13 percent BAC.
   Mr. Gualan was released to a friend with pending court action.
   Oct. 21, officers arrested Bellisario Mizhirmubay, 25, of Lincoln Avenue, and charged him with contempt of court at 6:55 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue . Officers responded to Mr. Mizhirmubay’s residence to serve two warrants issued by Hightstown Borough Municipal Court for $850 in total.
   He was taken into custody without incident and was later released on bail with pending court action.
   At 2:53 p.m. Oct. 21 on Harron Avenue, officers responded to the area on a report of an altercation, police stated. Upon arrival, officers met with people who reported that the assailant fled the area prior to the police arrival.
   Police said the investigation revealed that Mario Mastellone, 18, of Bristol Way, East Windsor, came to a residence on Harron Avenue, armed with a baseball bat, in an attempt to assault the residents. An altercation ensued and the actor left.
   An arrest warrant for Mr. Mastellone was issued in the amount of $10,000 full.

   Between 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 22 and 5:04 p.m. on Oct. 22 police responded to the 200 block of Academy Street on a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle, police said. The victim reported that an unknown person or persons utilized an object and scratched the passenger side of the victim’s vehicle from front to back. The dollar amount of the damage was not known at the time of the police report.
