CentraState’s Novo Nordisk Diabetes Center is holding a free diabetes forum from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 10 at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold Township.
The event will include a health fair where participants can meet and talk with a variety of vendors who will provide diabetes information. There will also be four lectures about diabetes management and related health topics with physician experts and a question-and-answer session after each lecture.
