LAMBERTVILLE: Storm aftermath update

 
THE GOVERNOR’S OFFICE will give the City an update Saturday, Nov. 3, on the status of the restoration of power. This information will be specific to Lambertville and other municipalities.
 
GAS: Beginning at noon, the Governor is implementing an odd/even license plate gas purchase. For instance, on Nov. 3, those with icense plates ending in odd numbers will be able to purchase gas. We will make the press release available to you once we receive it.
 
SHOWERS:
SOUTH HUNTERDON REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL is available for showers on a limited basis. This is a “group” setting shower. The school will be open from noon to 8 pm, Nov, 3 through 4. From noon to 4 pm, the shower facilities will be available for the women. From 4 to 8 pm, the shower facilities are available to men. The facility is heated.
 
SHELTERS: Hunterdon County has opened a shelter at the Hunterdon County Complex, building 1, Route 12 in Flemington. They are heated, have showers, and are open to all.
 
CITY HALL: will be open Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 8 pm.
 
ELECTIONS: The County Clerk is accepting ballots. They will be open this weekend. For a full schedule of their hours,
come to City Hall. The City will be opening its polling stations at the Columbia Fire House and the YMAC from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on  Nov. 6. If power is not restored, we will use generators.
 
TRICK OR TREATING will take place on Monday, November 5 ONLY IF POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED.
