First meeting on Monday (Nov. 12) at Pond Road Middle School
Robbinsville school district officials will host the first of two town-hall style meetings on the proposed $18.9 million school referendum beginning this Monday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. in Pond Road Middle School.
The second town hall meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26 at Sharon Elementary School.
Schools Superintendent Steve Mayer urged residents to attend one of the two meetings, which he said are “an opportunity to learn about the projects, hear the vision for the school district, and ask questions.”
The $18.9 million referendum, which goes to voters on Dec. 11, would add 29 classrooms to Sharon Elementary School and Pond Road Middle School, expand the cafeterias and upgrade K-8 facilities to address overcrowding.
