AREA VOTERS were asked to say yes or not to two public questions:

Money would be used to build, equip and expand higher education facilities for the purpose of increasing academic capacity.
The majority of Lambertville and Stockton voters said yes. West Amwell voters said no in a 570-553 vote. The majority of voters across the state said yes.
— The second question asked voters to approve an amendment to the New Jersey Constitution to allow contributions set by law to be taken from the salaries of Supreme Court Justices and Superior Court Judges for their employee benefits, including pension and health care.
