Congregation B’nai Tikvah, 1001 Finnegans Lane, North Brunswick, will host a Blood Donor Drive as part of its Rejoice & Rebuild Celebration from 12 to 6 p.m. A Bloodmobile from the Blood Center of NJ will be parked in the synagogue’s parking area. Donors 17 and up (16 with Parent/Guardian written Okay) are eligible. Must be in good general health and weigh at least 120 lbs. Eat before donating, and have an ID with your signature. The Board of Education has invited the senior community to attend the special following events. All senior who preregister with the Senior Center will be admitted free of charge to the following events. On Dec. 5 and 6, South Brunswick Seniors are invited to attend the Crossroads Winter Concert at 7:30 p.m. at South Brunswick High School featuring the Concert Bands and Orchestras. On Dec. 10, 11, and 12, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. The SB High School Winter Concert will be held in the SB High School Auditorium. On Dec. 13, at 9:30 a.m. The Indian Fields Elementary School will present a Musical showat 359 Ridge Road, Dayton. On Dec.18 and 19 at 7:30 p.m. The Crossroads Middle School Winter Concerts featuring the Jazz Bands and Choirs will be held in the Crossroads South Auditorium at 639 Georges Road. An expressionist painter constantly dissatisfied with his talent, he portrayed his own violent emotions in his work using vivid colors and distorted images.
