Antiques & collectibles show Dec. 1 and 2

LONG BRANCH — The Greater Long Branch Chamber of Commerce will present the 13th annual December Antiques and Collectibles Show on Dec. 1 and 2 at the new Long Branch Middle School.

There will be something for everyone, for beginners to seasoned collectors, interior decorators, homeowners looking for décor, or holiday shoppers looking to find that unique gift.

Appraisals will also be available at $5 per item from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 1, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 2.

Forty-seven dealers will offer a great selection of antiques and collectibles, including old advertising and travel posters, European and American art glass, Royal Doulton and other makers’ figurines, Victorian and oak furniture, primitive and Early American antiques, toys, quilts, lace, linens and other antique textiles, postcards and local ephemera, estate and costume jewelry, tobacco cards and coins, beer steins, Depression glass and pottery, kitchenware and primitives, Christmas ornaments, Early American pressed glass, sterling silver, flatware and serving pieces, yellowware and spatterware, candlesticks, Roseville, vintage and modern dolls, prints and paintings, American and Irish Belleek, and much more.

Participating dealers include prominent eastern show dealers and wellknown local dealers.

Hours for the weekend of antique and collectible shopping are Saturday, Dec. 1, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 2, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The new Long Branch Middle School is located at the corner of Bath and Indian avenues.
