Robbinsville

   Someone cut the lock on a fence surrounding a business property inside the Windsor Industrial Park on North Main Street on Nov. 19.
   The lock was valued at $20. Patrolman Scott Kivet investigated after a caller phoned in the report at 2:55 p.m.


   Shawn Scott, 39, of Robbinsville, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and other offenses at 1:33 a.m., Nov. 22, police said.
   Patrolman Wayne Haugh saw a vehicle stopped beyond the white stop line and obstructing traffic on Route 33 East at the intersection of Route 130 South. The officer followed the vehicle and pulled it over on Robbinsville-Allentown Road.
   The officer detected evidence of intoxication and Mr. Scott failed field sobriety tests, police said. In addition to DWI, Mr. Scott was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, failure to exhibit an insurance card, and failure to observe a traffic control device, police said. He was released pending court.


  Robert Hall, 44, of Rockport, Texas, was charged with DWI and other offenses after a motor vehicle stop at 10:36 p.m., Nov. 23, police said.
   Patrolman Kevin Colgan stopped Mr. Hall’s vehicle for failing to maintain its lane on Route 130 South and detected evidence he was intoxicated. Mr. Hall failed several field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest, police said.
   In addition to DWI, Mr. Hall was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain lane, police said. He was released with a pending court date.


   Brian Travaglini, 18, of Hamilton, was charged with DWI and other offenses at 5:38 a.m., Nov. 24, police said.
   Sgt. James Moore responded to a call about a vehicle that had gone off the roadway struck a guardrail on Pond Road. The officer detected evidence of intoxication and asked Mr. Travaglini to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed, police said.
   In addition to DWI, Mr. Travaglini was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving and driving while intoxicated in a school zone, police said. He was released with a pending court date.


   Michele Duchscherer, 34, of Robbinsville, was charged with DWI and other offenses at 11:53 p.m., Nov. 24, police said.
   Patrolman Robert Morgano was dispatched to Route 130 after police received a call about a possibly intoxicated driver. The officer located the vehicle and followed it to Washington Boulevard, where he pulled it over near Union Street. The officer observed evidence of intoxicated and asked Ms. Duchscherer to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed, police said.
   In addition to DWI, Ms. Duchscherer was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane, police said. She was released with a pending court date.


Upper Freehold

   State police at the Troop C barracks confirmed on Monday that a woman was struck by a vehicle on Route 526 on Nov. 23.
   State police said no details were available because the trooper who investigated the accident had not yet filed his report as of press time.


   The Allentown Police Department said it had no incidents to report. The Plumsted Police Department did not respond to a request for information.
