From: Sharon Devito, Robbinsville
To the editor:
I am writing this letter as a resident of Robbinsville, not as a member of the Robbinsville Board of Education, and this letter is neither authorized by nor written on behalf of the board.
My primary purpose is to make a request to the voters in Robbinsville. When, not if, you receive an email, anonymous letter in the mail, or read a letter to the editor that contradicts the information posted on the district’s website, printed in the “Class Rooms for Kids” referendum literature, or presented in the public forums, please pick up the phone and call the superintendent of your school district, Dr. Steve Mayer.
I have witnessed the devastating effect on previous elections and referendums by unfounded accusations and inaccurate information sent to our community in emails by the uninformed and community wide letters sent through the mail by those that hide behind the shroud of anonymity.
Please be an informed voter on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
