HIGHTSTOWN: Toys sought for low income children

   HIGHTSTOWN — The non profit organization Rise is busy getting ready for its annual Holiday Party this December.
   The party provides gifts for local low income children.
   There are 700 children registered for the gifting program, according to Rise.
   The party for gift distribution, pictures with Santa, food and games will take place at 10 a.m. Dec. 14 at the Grace Rogers School.
   The donors of the gifts are from Hightstown, East Windsor, Cranbury and Monroe.
   There is still time for folks to donate gifts for the Holiday Party. Gifts may be delivered to the First United Methodist Church in Hightstown, 187 Stockton St., from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10 and Thursday, Dec. 13 and from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14.
   Folks can also drop of presents, unwrapped, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 10, Dec. 11, Dec. 12 or from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 13.
