Police said at 9:05 p.m. Nov. 23, an officer located a suspicious vehicle parked in the Marter soccer fields on Old York Road. During the investigation an odor of burnt marijuana was noticed. A search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana and a pipe.
Palminder Singh, 22, of Burlington was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was processed and released pending a court appearance.
At 11:21 a.m. Nov. 25, an officer stopped a vehicle in the area of Route 130 and John Galt Way, police said.
During the stop it was discovered that the driver, Eric W. Wallace, 45, from Orange, had two warrants for his arrest totaling $5,424 one being for child neglect, police said. He was charged and transported to the Burlington County Jail to be turned over to Ocean County to satisfy the warrants.
At 8:38 p.m. Nov. 28 officers observed two individuals consuming alcohol on Railroad Avenue, police said.
While attempting to speak to them, police said they ran into a house on the street and were not cooperative with the officers. Officers were eventually were able to arrest one of the suspects and identify the other.
Freddie Ingram III, 36, from Trenton was charged with possession of open alcohol and obstruction of justice. The other person, Rondell T. Randell, 39, of Railroad Avenue was also identified and charged with possession of open alcohol and obstruction of justice. Both are pending a court appearance.
According to police, at 10:33 Nov. 30, officers were dispatched to Hamilton Avenue for a suspicious vehicle that was occupied. During the investigation, the driver, Thomas Pofahl Jr., 33, from Browns Mills was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said there was also a warrant from Pemberton Township in the amount of $500. Bail from Florence was set at $ 2,500 and he was transported to the Burlington County Jail in lieu of the bail. Mr. Pofahl was waiting for a court date as of press time.
