POLICE BLOTTER

   Lambertville City police reported:
   — On Dec. 16 at 1:25 a.m., Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Sarah E. Thielke, 26, of Eagleswood, on Route 29 for failure to keep right, and having a license plate light out. Ms. Thielke was charged with DWI, and failure to keep right. She was released pending a court appearance.
   — On Dec. 13 at 9:23 p.m., Sgt. Brown stopped Jennifer R. Minnaugh, 45, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for failure to keep right on South Main Street. Ms. Minnaugh was charged with DWI, failure to keep right and careless driving. She was released pending a court appearance.
   — On Dec. 11, Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Patrick Amaral, 24, of Trenton, for failure to keep right on Route 29. Mr. Amaral was charged with DWI, reckless driving and failure to keep right. He was released pending a court appearance.
   — On Dec. 7, Officer Gramlich saw a vehicle on Route 29, traveling at 61 mph in a 40-mph zone. The vehicle was stopped near the Golden Nugget Flea Market. The driver was identified with his Guatemalan passport as Omar Nemesio Sapon Ordonez, 33, of Trenton. A check of his information revealed that he had suspended driving privileges and an outstanding traffic warrant from Raritan Township for $141. He was placed under arrest, processed and released after posting bail.
   — On Dec. 3, Officer Vincent Albani went to the area of 31 York Street to check out a report of roofing material being thrown into the street. A check of information from the foreman (Artur Wyrzykowski, 44, of Newtown, Pennsylvania) revealed an outstanding traffic warrant from Montgomery Township for $120 and an active “hit” for a fugitive from justice issued by Lower Makefield Township, Pennsylvania. His charges were: Receiving advance payment for services and failure to perform, theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and deceitful business practice.
   Mr. Wryzykowski was transported to headquarters and processed for the arrest. He was released on his own recognizance for the traffic warrant, given an ordinance summons for littering and was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail, on a no-bail warrant as being a fugitive.
   — On Dec. 3, Susan Nicgorski, 47, of Warrington, Pennsylvania, turned herself in for three outstanding traffic warrants — one from New Jersey State Police for $51; one from Wall Township for $180; and one from Howell for $235. Upon posting bail, she was released.
   — On Nov. 29, a burglary and theft occurred on Brunswick Avenue. Detective Michael Miloszar was met by the homeowner, William Dixon, who reported that his son’s Nissan truck has been stolen. Also stolen from inside his house were two flat- screen TVs. a jewelry box and its contents, video games, DVDs and a portable generator.
   Upon attempting to sell the generator locally, the suspects were identified as Robert Wilson, 43, and Hannah Torres, 46, both of Lambertville. Both suspects were apprehended and charged with burglary, theft, unlawful taking means of conveyance, conspiracy and fencing. They were lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of posting bail set at $25,000 (full).
    All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
