From Hillsborough police:
An estimated $6,679 worth of jewelry was said to have been taken from a Brookside Lane residence, the homeowners reported Dec. 28. They said the break-in had occurred sometime during the previous two weeks, township police reported.
A Flemington resident reported Dec. 18 a burglary to a vehicle parked in front of a Route 206 business. An estimated $300 worth of electronics was reported stolen, police said.
Two drinking-charges were brought in mid-December, police said. On Dec. 15, Janice Jost-Mazzeo, 63, of Princeton was charged on Route 206. She registered a breath test reading on 0.10 percent blood alcohol, police said, above the minimum 0.08 percent.
On Dec. 21 Ricardo Cortez, 32, of Hillsborough was charged on Gemini Drive. Cortez registered breath test result of 0.13 percent blood alcohol.
Both were released after being booked.
