Hayden T. Carlton, 19, of Troy, New York, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street at 2:01 a.m. on Dec. 25, police said.
Patrolman Nicholas Dell’Acqua transported Mr. Carlton to police headquarters, where he was processed and released with a pending court date.

Leena Toth, 21, of Robbinsville, was charged with DWI and other offenses after Patrolman Wayne Haugh saw her make an improper U-turn on Maple Street and strike a fence at 2:40 a.m., Dec. 28, police said.
Ms. Toth failed field sobriety tests. She was additionally charged with reckless driving, careless driving and talking on cell phone without a hands-free device, police said. Ms. Toth was processed and released with a pending court date.
Lee Weiss, 20, of Jackson, was charged with DWI and other offenses after Patrolman Scott Kivet saw him drive the wrong way on a circle located at Wellesley Way and Ambleside Drive at 12:37 a.m., Jan. 1, police said.
The driver failed field sobriety tests and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The driver was additionally charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and failure to maintain lane, police said.
Ms. Weiss was processed and released pending a future court date.
Robert Healey, 22, of New Egypt, was charged with DUI and other offenses after a motor vehicle stop at 11:33 a.m., Jan. 3, police said.
Patrolman Adrian Markowski saw a vehicle traveling with a front windshield obstruction and pulled it over in the area of Route 33 and Route 526, police said. During the traffic stop, the officer saw evidence the driver was under the influence of narcotics and that drugs might be present. Mr. Healey failed field sobriety tests and a subsequent search revealed a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Mr. Healey was additionally charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and having a view obstruction. He was processed and released pending a future court date.
James Jaketic, 25, of Millstone, was charged with possession of marijuana and other offenses after a motor vehicle stop at 12:48 a.m., Jan. 5, police said.
Patrolman Scott Kivet saw Mr. Jaketic’s vehicle speeding on Route 130 and pulled it over near Windsor Road, police said. During the traffic stop, the officer detected evidence that narcotics might be present. A subsequent search revealed a small quantity of marijuana, police said.
Mr. Jaketic was additionally charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, speeding and failure to maintain lane, police said. He was processed and released with a pending court date.
A burglary and an attempted burglary were reported at residences on Hibiscus Lane and Amberfield Road the evening of Jan. 5, police said.
The Amberfield Road homeowner told Patrolman Matthew Hill that he was awakened by noises at 9:37 p.m. that sounded like someone trying to break into his house. The officer searched the residence and discovered a screen window had been cut and that someone had tried to gain entry, but fled. The Robbinsville Criminal Investigations Unit processed the scene for evidence and a state police K9 dog attempted to track the suspect, but was unsuccessful.
Later that evening at 10:49 p.m., a burglary was reported at a home on Hibiscus Lane about a mile away. The victims reported that sometime between 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. a burglar had broken into their house, ransacked the bedroom and removed jewelry.
Patrolman Shawn Bruton determined the suspect had gained entry through a rear window. The Robbinsville Criminal Investigations Unit processed the scene for evidence and a state police K9 dog attempted to track the suspect, but was unsuccessful.
