WEST AMWELL — The third annual fundraiser — this one to benefit the Lambertville-New Hope Ambulance and Rescue Squad — will be held Jan. 19 the Hunt Family Preserve.
Hunts will be scheduled from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Three pheasants will be released per hunter for a one-hour hunt.
Participants must have a valid hunting license and may bring a dog (one can be provided upon request).
Food and coffee will be served.
”Those who do not hunt may stop by to say hello to a volunteer and make a donation,” said a spoeksman.
The Hunt Family Preserve is located at 342 Mt. Airy-Harbourton Road in West Amwell Township. It is a family owned agri-business dedicated to serving the community.
The first benefit was held to help a local family in need. Last year the benefit raised over $1,300 for the West Amwell Volunteer Fire Company.
