Lambertville City police reported:
— Anthony Miller, 39, of Ewing, was arrested on an active warrant as a result of a motor vehicle stop New Year’s Eve. Officer Anthony Memolo stopped Mr. Miller on Route 165 at 12:20 a.m. for having a broken taillight. Mr. Miller was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was wanted out of Mercer County for violation of probation. Mr. Miller was charged with driving while suspended and lodged in the Mercer County workhouse without bail.
— Melanie Wood, 24, of New Hope, was arrested for driving under the influence during the early morning hours of New Year’s Day. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Ms. Wood on Route 29 at 3:19 a.m. after she was allegedly seen driving erratically and failing to dim her high beams. Ms. Wood was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, careless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to dim headlights. She was later released with a pending court date.
— Christina Walsh, 29, of Ringoes, was arrested for driving under the influence on Jan. 4. Sgt. Brown stopped Ms. Walsh on Route 518 at 12:40 a.m. after she was reportedly seen driving erratically. Ms. Walsh was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, careless driving and failure to keep right. She was later released with a pending court date.
— Jeffrey Darling, 57, of Bath, Pennsylvania, was arrested for driving under the influence and drug possession as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 5. Officer Memolo stopped Mr. Darling on Route 179 after he allegedly was seen driving erratically. Mr. Darling was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and also was reportedly found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. He was charged with DUI, possession of CDS (under 50 grams), careless driving and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. He was later released with a pending court date.
— Heidi Kovacs, 33, of Flemington, was arrested for driving under the influence on Jan. 6. Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Ms. Kovacs on Route.179 for speeding at 1:40 a.m. Ms. Kovacs was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, careless driving, speeding and failure to exhibit a valid license. She was later released with a pending court date.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
