SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Jan. 10 — Beef vegetable soup, pulled pork, hot potato salad, corn with bell peppers, chunky applesauce, soft roll, snowflake cupcake. Puzzle Day.
   Jan. 11 — Blended juice, turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Creole zucchini, romaine salad with dressing, multi-grain bread, navel orange. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Jan. 12 — Pineapple juice, egg salad, croissant, cucumber salad, fresh fruit, black and white cookie, milk.
   Jan. 13 — Apple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, pasta salad with veggies, fresh fruit, chocolate cupcake. Milk.
   Jan. 14 — Cranapple juice, quartered chicken, apple raisin stuffing, whole baby carrots, cranberry molded salad, rye bread, butterfly pastry. Exercise.
   Jan. 15 — Vegetable rice soup, glazed pork chop, baked sweet potato, asparagus, cinnamon applesauce, dinner roll, oatmeal cookies. Cards.
   Jan. 16 — Pineapple juice, sweet Italian sausage, Italian-style potatoes, Italian mixed vegetables, antipasto salad, hoagie roll, red seedless grapes. Site meeting.
   Jan. 17 — Cream of spinach soup, pot roast with gravy, baked potato, cauliflower with cheese, deluxe fruit salad, pumpernickel bread, cherry crisp cobbler. Snowstorm stories.
