SPRINGFIELD HAPPENINGS: Week of Jan. 10

   Tonight, Jan. 10, the Juliustown Fire Company will hold a meeting inside the firehouse at 7:30 p.m.
   The Springfield Recreation Committee is scheduled to meet tonight, Jan. 10 at 730 p.m. in the Municipal Building.
   The Jacksonville Fire Company meeting is Monday, Jan. 14, at 7:30 p.m. inside the firehouse.
   The Springfield Township Board of Education is slated to meet at 7:15 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 15 in the school library.
   The Springfield Township Planning Board is set to meet 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 15 in the municipal building.
   The Jacksonville Presbyterian Church is holding its annual homemade sauerkraut and pork dinner on Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Jacksonville Community Center located on Jacksonville-Jobstown Road, Jacksonville.
   Prices are $18 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Reservations are required.

   The Springfield Township Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, in the municipal building.
   The Springfield Township Republican Club is set to met 7:30 p.m. Jan. 24 in the Garden State Diner. New members and interested community members are welcome to attend.
   Springfield Township Affordable Board will meet 7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 28 in the Municipal Building.
   The Springfield Fire Company meeting is set for Monday, Jan. 28, at 8 p.m. in the company firehouse.
   Enjoy a great morning of community fun in a casual setting and meet your neighbors at the Jacksonville Community Center breakfast. The all-you-can eat breakfast will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 3 at the Jacksonville Community Center on Jacksonville Road.

   The Springfield Township Council will hold a work session meeting 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, in the municipal building. It will hold its regular session meeting 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13.
