PRINCETON AREA: Police blotter

Princeton
   A 17-year-old male was arrested Jan.12 and charged with marijuana possession and related drug offenses.
   The juvenile, whose name was not released, was pulled over during a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street around 1:36 a.m. Police said the youth, who allegedly had bags of marijuana with him, also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.
Montgomery
   A 15-year-old resident of Bridgewater reported to police that on Jan. 12, while attending a music event at Montgomery High School, someone stole his cell phone and case worth $300.
Shane Ottey, 20, of Rocky Hill, was arrested Jan.8 and charged with possession of marijuana. He also received a summons for failing to keep right.
Abigail T. Scott, 18, of Skillman, was arrested Jan.4 at Montgomery High School and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol.
   A 15-year-old female student at the high school, allegedly found with suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia, was turned over by school staff to her parents before police arrived. The teen faces drug charges, police said.
Plainsboro
   Ryan E. Farrell, 26, of Wayne, Pa., was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated on Scudders Mill Road at 2:27 a.m. Mr. Farrell also was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, failing to keep to the right at an intersection and failing to maintain a lane.
Brendan G. Shaw, 26, of East Windsor, was arrested Jan.13 and charged with disorderly conduct at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.
Toni Stephens, 23, of Princeton Junction, was arrested Jan.12 and charged with driving while intoxicated on Wyndhurt Drive at 2:14 a.m. Ms. Stephens also was issued summonses for improper use of multiple headlamps, reckless driving and failing to notify change of address.
James A. Jacobs Jr., 20, of Trenton, was arrested Jan.12 and charged with attempted robbery, attempted burglary, obstruction of justice, hindering apprehension and criminal mischief. He was held in the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center in lieu of $2,500 bail.
   Authorities alleged that he was trying to enter a residence on Ravens Crest Drive to get money or property from the occupant, Jessica Layton, 20. During the incident, she was arrested and charged with marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance analog.
   Also, Nicholas Durando, 22, of Princeton, was charged with marijuana possession.***
Igor D. Milyokhin, 19, of Jackson, was arrested Jan.11 on Hunters Glen Drive and charged with defiant trespass, obstruction and hindering apprehension.
Ariele Mattis, 30, of Plainsboro, was arrested Jan.11 and charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespassing after allegedly refusing to leave the Bagel Street Grill in the Princeton Meadows Shopping Center.
Jaquan T. Williams, 28, of Trenton, was arrested Jan.11 and charged with marijuana possession. He was issued summons for having tinted windows and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
West Windsor
   A vacant home on Cottonwood Drive was the scene of an illegal drug and beer party Jan. 11. Police, checking the home based on neighbors’ complaints, found beer cans and drug paraphernalia inside.
A phony bomb threat was called in Friday at 12:02 p.m. to West Windsor Police by someone saying a bomb would go off in 101 Carnegie Center. The building was evacuated, but law enforcement authorities using bomb-sniffing dogs did not find anything.
