Plans for Brio Tuscan Grille, the latest restaurant proposed for the Quaker Bridge Mall, gained the Lawrence Township Planning Board’s stamp of approval Monday night.
The 7,400-square-foot restaurant, which will seat 220 patrons indoors and 55 patrons on the patio, will be built to the north of the recently opened Cheesecake Factory restaurant. The two restaurants are on the eastern side of the mall.
Brio Tuscan Grille, which is expected to open in November, is part of the on-going renovation and expansion of the Quaker Bridge Mall.
It is part of a nationwide chain that has opened Brio restaurants in Marlton, Cherry Hill, Freehold and Wayne.
