SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Jan. 17 — Cream of spinach soup, pot roast with gravy, baked potato, cauliflower with cheese, deluxe fruit salad, pumpernickel bread, cherry crisp cobbler. Snowstorm stories.
   Jan. 18 — Apple juice, chili con carne, rice, yellow squash, oranges and pineapples, corn muffin, plain donut. Activity Day.
   Jan. 19 — Orange juice, chicken salad, Kaiser roll, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, chocolate chip cookies, milk.
   Jan. 20 — Cranapple juice, roast beef and Swiss, hoagie roll, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, apple pocket, milk.
   Jan. 21 — Cranapple juice, stuffed shells, meatballs in sauce, Italian green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread, vanilla cupcake with icing. Walk to the beat.
   Jan. 22 — Beef noodle soup, Polynesian chicken, saffron rice, whole baby carrots, pineapple slices, dinner roll, black and white cookie. Board games.
   Jan. 23 — Vegetable soup, pork chop with gravy, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, cinnamon applesauce, rye bread, butterscotch pudding. Cards.
   Jan. 24 — Pineapple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, roasted red potatoes, peas and carrots, cucumber salad, bridge roll, braided apple strudel. Puzzle Day.
