SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Jan. 24 — Pineapple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, roasted red potatoes, peas and carrots, cucumber salad, bridge roll, braided apple strudel. Puzzle Day.
   Jan. 25 — Blended juice, stuffed flounder filet, baked potato, asparagus, spinach salad, raising bread, crumb cake. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Jan. 26 — Apple juice, sliced turkey, whole wheat bread, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, sandwich cookies, milk.
   Jan. 27 — Grape juice, egg salad, croissant, cucumber salad, fresh fruit, brownie with icing, milk.
   Jan. 28 — Beef vegetable soup, chicken Francoise, wild rice blend, Brussels sprouts, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll, angel food cake. Exercise.
   Jan. 29 — Minestrone soup, pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli crowns, antipasto salad with dressing, croissant, gala apple. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Jan. 30 — Orange juice, Hungarian goulash, pasta spirals, sliced beets, three-bean salad, pumpernickel bread, banana. Cards.
   Jan. 31 — Cranapple juice, roast turkey with gravy, red beans and rice, whole baby carrots, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll, cheesecake. Bring and brag.
