Help students with Teens for Jeans effort

ALLENTOWN — The students and staff of Stone Bridge Middle School are collecting gently worn jeans of all sizes for DoSomething.org and Aéropostale’s Teens for Jeans campaign.

All jeans collected will be brought to a participating Aéropostale store, where they will be donated to a local charity or shelter in the community.

For Stone Bridge students, donations will be accepted in all homerooms. A pizza party will be awarded to the homeroom that is able to collect the most jeans by Feb. 8.

Additionally, DoSomething.org and Aéropostale will offer a grand prize of a $10,000 grant, hoodies with the winning school’s logo for every student, and a party for the participating school that is able to collect the most jeans overall.

The community can help Stone Bridge Middle School students in their efforts to collect jeans.

If interested, bring clean, gently worn jeans of any size, by Feb. 8, to the Allentown Public Library, 16 S. Main St., Allentown.
