   A resident of Jersey City reported a black Acer laptop was stolen at his place of employment on College Road East on Jan. 21 at 9:16 a.m. Police said the value of the laptop was unable to be determined at the time the press release was sent.
   Tuan V. Huynh, 36, of Skillman, was charged with stealing an iPhone 4S from a resident of Deer Creek Drive while she was at the Caddy Shack Bar and Grill on Hunter’s Glen Drive on Jan. 18 at 9:20 p.m.
   A resident of West Windsor reported that a white iPod Touch worth $225 was stolen from his backpack sometime between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Jan. 15 while it was in the High School North’s boy’s locker room.
   A resident of Quail Ride Drive reported fraud on Jan. 19 at 3:35 p.m. after he received a call from people claiming to be representatives of Homeland Security sometime between Nov. 11 and Nov. 12 of 2012. The victim said he was told his immigration status was not valid and that he needed to wire $2, 708.71to India to prevent his deportation. The Plainsboro Police detective’s bureau is investigating the case.
   A resident of Quail Ridge Drive reported his silver and white mens’ 10-speed bicycle was stolen from the front of his residence sometime between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Jan. 20. Police said the bike was a Schwinn Prelude and was valued at approximately $219.
   John A. Jackson, 27, and Anton Cannatella, 31, both of New York City, were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 1 North on Jan. 20 at 11:02 p.m. Mr. Jackson also received summonses for possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain a lane.
