MOVIE NIGHT AT HAR SINAI ADDRESSES CONTOVERSIAL SUBJECTS
HOPEWELL TWP. – West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District psychologist Lissa Eagles is joining the panel discussion of "The Bubble" following a screening of the interfaith Israeli film Feb. 2 at Har Sinai Temple.
A work that addresses the topics of homosexuality and interfaith in a love story between an Israeli man and a Palestinian, "The Bubble" will be part of a full evening at the temple beginning with a 6 p.m. light supper, the movie at 6:30 p.m. and a discussion at 8:30 p.m. Prof. Barry Levy of Mercer County Community College and Rabbi Stuart Pollack complete the panel that will look at the film from gay, Israeli and cinematic perspectives.
The cost is $10 per person for the evening’s activities which will be held at Har Sinai Temple, 2421 Pennington Rd. at Denow Road West. Please RSVP at (609) 730-8100.
