Lambertville City police reported:
— On Jan. 15 at 2:31 a.m., police were called to a residence on Route 165 about a loud music complaint. A visitor to the apartment, Kerry L. Zobel, 38, of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, was charged by Patrolman Kenneth Housman with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia (a glass smoking pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana).
— On Jan. 17 at 1:22 a.m., Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Joseph M. Minunni, 21, of Trenton, on Route 29 for speeding. Mr. Minunni was subsequently charged with DWI, speeding, failure to keep right and careless driving. He was released pending a court appearance.
— On Jan. 18 at 12:18 a.m., Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Jessica A. Deats. 27, of Flemington, on North Franklin Street for speeding. Ms. Deats was subsequently charged with DWI, speeding and reckless driving. She was released pending a court appearance.
— On Jan. 19 at 9:27 p.m., Sgt. Brown stopped Brad K. Staudle, 30, of Stockton,. on North Main Street for failure to observe a traffic signal. Mr. Staudle was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass smoking pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana). Mr. Staudle also was charged with failure to observe a traffic signal and CDS in a motor vehicle.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
New Hope police reported:
— On Jan. 19 at approximately 10:30 p.m., two burglaries and one attempted burglary occurred in the Village II development. Police responded to an entry alarm at a unit on Belaire Court and discovered the front door kicked in, which set the alarm off. Nothing was taken from this unit.
Two other units in the same row on Belaire Court also had been entered. Entry was accomplished by breaking a window in one unit and forcing open a window in the second unit. One of the two units entered had some jewelry and small amount of cash taken. Anyone who noticed anything or anybody suspicious is asked to contact Officer Zimmerman at 215-862-3033 .
— On Dec. 1 at 11:41 p.m., police arrested James Halko, 19, of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, for driving under the influence of alcohol and underage drinking, after he was seen operating his vehicle in an unsafe manner on West Bridge Street.
— On Dec. 4 at 2:10 p.m., a New Hope woman reported to police that, earlier that day, someone had used her credit card number to make an unauthorized online purchase of $106.
— On Dec. 5 at 12:41 a.m., police arrested David Rawlings, 46, of San Francisco, California, for driving under the influence of alcohol, after the vehicle he was operating drove onto, and became stuck on a curb on West Bridge Street.
— On Dec. 8 at 11:37 p.m., police arrested James Westerman Jr., 32, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, for driving under the influence of alcohol, after he was seen operating his vehicle in an unlawful manner on South Main Street.
—On Nov. 22 at 2:48 a.m., police cited Lucas Lyons, 29, and Eileen McClure, 30, both of Burlington, New Jersey, for disorderly conduct, after they created a disturbance in a West Bridge Street parking lot.
— On Nov. 24 at 9:20 a.m., an employee of a West Bridge Street establishment reported to police that, at some time during the overnight hours, someone had damaged flower pots and a masonry trash can outside of the business.
— On Nov.26 at 11 a.m. the owner of a South Main Street establishment reported to police that, at about 12:45 a.m., a table was stolen from in front of his store. The theft was captured on security tape, and shows two males and one female removing the table.
