   West Windsor
   Rachel L. Tarzia, 19, of Belle Mead, was charged with possession of cocaine, and Saawan Gupta, 20, of Belle Mead, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams on Route 1 at Harrison Street on Jan. 19 at 8:13 p.m.
   Keira N. Murchison, 19, of Trenton, was charged with robbery and Gerald R. Posey, 22, of Trenton was charged with shoplifting and hindering apprehension after allegedly stealing $649 worth of clothing at the Target in the Nassau Park Retail Center on Jan. 23.
   The Kohl’s in the Nassau Park Retail Center reported a man and woman stole $1,300 worth of merchandise by concealing several articles of clothing in a seven-piece luggage set on Jan. 24 at 9:58 p.m.
   The Kohls in the Nassau Park Retail Center reported a man stole a vacuum worth about $700 on Jan. 16 at 3:36 p.m.

   A resident of Keppel Road reported her basement window had been broken sometime between 2:13 p.m. and 2:43 p.m. on Jan. 28. The estimated value of the window is $200.
   A seventh grade student at Community Middle School reported his $500 iPhone 5 had been stolen from his backpack during an after school activity sometime between 3:09 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 29.
   A maintenance worker at Hunter’s Glen Drive reported the interior door next to the washing machines in the laundry unit was damaged sometime between 2 p.m. on Jan. 28 and 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 29. The estimated value to replace the door is $150.
