All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Jan. 31 — Cranapple juice, roast turkey with gravy, red beans and rice, whole baby carrots, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll, cheesecake. Bring and brag.
Feb. 1 — Blended juice, Francoise chicken, wild rice blend, sliced beets, Mandarin oranges, dinner roll, cherry crisp cobbler. Cards.
Feb. 2 — Orange juice, egg salad, Kaiser roll, pasta salad with vegetables, fresh fruit, brownie, milk.
Feb. 3 — Pineapple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, potato salad, fresh fruit, oatmeal cookies, milk.
Feb. 4 — Chicken rice soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, French green beans, deluxe fruit salad, dinner roll, spice cake. Walk to the beat.
Feb. 5 — Pineapple juice, BBQ rib tickler, hot potato salad, corn, minced coleslaw, rye bread, banana. Board games.
Feb. 6 — Cream of mushroom soup, roasted turkey with gravy, baked sweet potato, peas and carrots, three-bean salad, whole grain bread, pears. Bring a friend to lunch.
Feb. 7 — Grape juice, baked ziti with sauce, meatballs, broccoli florets, romaine salad, Italian bread, strawberry ice cream. Bring and brag.
