Ms. Foster, 85, of Hazlet, died Jan. 19, 2013, at Bayside Manor, Keansburg. She was born on Oct. 3, 1927, in Jersey City, where she was raised. In 1982, she settled in Hazlet. She is survived by six cousins, the Rev. Robert H. Langdon, of Rutherford, Dorothea Langdon Clancy, of Seattle, Wash., James Silva and his wife, Kitty, of Bayonne, Eugene Silva and his wife, Judy, of Avon, Kathleen Mittenzwei and her husband, Robert, of Bayonne, and Claire Wilson, of Liberty Corner; a goddaughter; and a godson. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Hazlet. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach, followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
