YMCA names new president

SOUTH BRUNSWICK — The South Brunswick Family YMCA Board of Directors has appointed Jeffrey Hermann as the new board president.

Hermann grew up in Franklin Township, graduated from Rider University in 2003, then joined his family’s business, Hermann Services, Inc. He is currently the executive vice president of marketing, where he oversees sales, marketing and dispatch operations.

Over the past several years, Hermann has been an active fundraiser and participate for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Foundation, according to a release from the South Brunswick YMCA. He has also led the Toys for Tots campaign at Hermann Services during every holiday season.

Herrmann currently lives in Plainsboro with his wife, Luisa, and their daughter. He succeeds Anthony Campisano, who is stepping down after six years of service.
