You can reserve a plot now
Want to grow your own patch of fresh, homegrown vegetables this summer?
Hillsborough Community Garden will open in May on the grounds of Hillsborough Presbyterian Church at the corner of Route 206 and Homestead Road.
People interested in the outdoors, learning about gardening and growing fresh, healthy food are invited to join. Garden plots are 10-by-10 feet and can be reserved for the season for $20.
The garden will also serve the Hillsborough food bank by donating fresh produce grown by members of the garden in a communal plot known as “Carolyn’s Share.”
For information about the garden and/or to register, email [email protected], call 908-359-3768, or visit www.hillsboroughcommunitygarden.org.
